Georgia Sinclair did not pivot. She scaled.

Throughout her 17 year career as an international DJ, Sinclair built global credibility at the intersection of music, brand, and influence. She collaborated on Platinum charting projects including G-Eazy’s The Beautiful & Damned, which debuted at No. 2 on the US Billboard charts, and performed internationally for leading hospitality groups and luxury brands such as Don Julio 1942, Nike, L’Oréal, and Mercedes-Benz, as well as major cultural events including the American Music Awards and MTV VMAs. Those years sharpened her understanding of visibility, positioning, and how influence translates into enterprise.

At the height of her visibility, Sinclair faced significant health challenges that reframed her relationship to performance and pressure. Navigating a brain tumor and complex neurological diagnoses forced her to rebuild from the inside out. What could have ended her momentum instead refined it, sharpening her focus on sustainability, resilience, and the mechanics of high performance.

That period became the catalyst for her next chapter. In 2023, inspired by her personal transformation, she created and co-hosted the wellness and lifestyle podcast Eighty Twenty alongside supermodel Shanina Shaik. The show featured high profile guests across entertainment and business and marked Sinclair’s evolution from performer to platform builder, using her voice to explore ambition, identity, and well being at a deeper level.

The experience of building Eighty Twenty revealed something deeper. Sinclair saw firsthand how difficult it is for creators to grow, scale, and truly leverage their platforms without infrastructure. Talent alone was not enough. Audience was not ownership. Visibility did not automatically translate into enterprise.

That realization led to the creation of Loaded Dice.

As Founder of Loaded Dice, Sinclair is building a next generation media platform and brand incubator designed to transform culturally relevant talent into scalable, long term businesses. Grounded in strategy, ownership, and intelligent positioning, Loaded Dice bridges content, commerce, and community, providing the infrastructure many creators never receive.

In addition to founding Loaded Dice, Sinclair is a licensed California real estate professional at The Oppenheim Group, one of Los Angeles’ most recognized luxury brokerages. Raised by a broker father, real estate has long been part of her foundation. Today, she represents clients in the Los Angeles market with a focus on strategic positioning, negotiation, and value maximization within one of the most competitive real estate environments in the world.
